Gwaza is a privately owned and independent company. Gwaza employs 30 members of staff, including a dedicated field sales force, who manage their own local areas. Our products are hand picked after consultation with our customers and sales staff. We visit our factories, at home and abroad, to ensure we have the best product and to maintain good working relationships, to guarantee product quality, continuity of supply and remain competitive. We are celebrating over 50 years in business , which has only been made possible with the support of our long standing customers. A little history... Salop Fencing was founded by John Price in 1967. The company was primarily an electric fencing manufacturer which expanded in to gate and steel fabrication, serving the agricultural, automotive and industrial sectors. The main focus, with Ray Cannon as the Works Director in the 1980's, was to become a three point linkage manufacturer for OEM and aftermarket companies around the world. This led to the company being renamed “FarmPower International Ltd”. A new range of products was added and the company began to concentrate on the UK market with renewed vigour. John Price retired and sold the firm to us in 2002. We have steadily expanded the company. Our expansion into the aftermarket for engineers, agricultural dealers and retailers has been rewarding. We re-branded the company Gwaza Ltd, and have focused on building a range of products that are in demand at affordable prices as shown in our annual catalogue. Our aim is to keep Gwaza Ltd a customer friendly, reliable and flexible company.
